If you prefer to deal over the phone or by post this can also be arranged the most important thing is that you get advice from a professionally qualified mortgage adviser.
Advice Relating to Mortgages
Once you have given your permission by completing our enquiry form we will forward your request for an adviser to contact you to take further information and to offer you advice on your mortgage/remortgage. All advice is provided by the qualified personal adviser that contacts you.
The aim of a professional mortgage adviser is to provide a quality, focused service. As this is likely to be your largest financial commitment, the adviser will help you understand how a mortgage works and how control of the repayments is essential for money management.
To do this he/she will issue you with two key documents: Initial Disclosure Document and a Key Facts Illustration. The first document IDD will explain what services are provided and any charges that will apply, the second document the KFI will explain all the mortgage product details and charges made to the loan, please read these before you decide to proceed and direct any questions towards your personal adviser his/her contact details will be on the documents provided, these form part of your understanding of your commitment to proceed.

The adviser will advise and make recommendation for you after he/she has assessed your needs, advice is offered on mortgages from the whole market.
Regulatory Status of adviser.
When you are contacted by the adviser he/she will provide details of their name company and regulatory status and the services they provide before any information or advice is given, you can check this on the FSA website www.fsa.gov.uk/register
Assured Mortgage & Insurance Services do not handle client monies.
We never handle cash or accept cheque or any type of payment made out to Assured Mortgage & Insurance Services, all transactions will be made with your personal Mortgage Adviser/Company.

Express request to receive updates and information on new products and services.
By using our service you are giving an “express request” to receive telephone calls and other appropriate forms of contact relating to other mortgage products and services which may be of interest. You agree to your consent lasting for a period of 1 year at which point we will remove your contact details. If at any point you wish to cancel this consent you can simply inform us by telephone or email and we will alter our records accordingly. We will not however contact you at times or places when or where you have advised us not to make such contact.
